Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

To start a return, the customer must contact us and provide the required order information and reason for the return.

Requests submitted after the applicable time period may not be accepted.

• The product is in new and unused condition, except where the issue itself makes the product unsuitable for use.

We may request photographs or other information to verify a reported damage, defect, or incorrect item before approving the return.

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The return request is submitted outside the applicable return period.
• The customer does not contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
• The product has been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or modified by the customer.
• The product is returned without prior approval from our customer service team.
• The product is damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Reason for the return
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos of the product, if applicable

Our customer service team will review the request and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

For an approved return due to a damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect product, Super Star Jackets will provide instructions regarding the return shipping process.

If the return is approved for another reason covered by this policy, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue and confirm that the return meets the requirements of this policy.

If the return is approved after inspection, we will process the applicable refund or replacement.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may reject the return and notify the customer.

For an approved refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days, where possible.

Refund processing will begin after the returned product has been received and the return has been approved.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect product, an exchange may be offered where the requested replacement product is available.

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order has already been shipped, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
