What should I do if I find a defective or incorrect Item? 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If verified, we will replace the item or process a full refund

What is the eligibility for returning an item?

You can return your item within 10 days after you received it. Item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. Returns initiated after the 10-day window cannot be processed

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed. Size-related exchanges can be made; however, customers are advised to double-check the size chart before purchase to minimize errors.

In how many days will I receive my refund?
