Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Returns initiated after the 10-day window cannot be processed.

Exchanges

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, you must submit your request within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund to the customer’s account. However, if a cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours, a cancellation will not be consider.
Restocking Fee:
